So, we had een really nice time during our laatste trip to Vegas. Our kamer in the hotel was echt groot and comfortable. De view was breathtaking! I must say, the staff was also very vriendelijk and always ready to help ons out. But eh, one klein issue was dat the casino area was a bit too smokey for our liking. Not a huge probleem, just something to note.

Was my stay at Mandalay Bay truly memorable? 😊
The spacious Resort King Room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Check-in was quick, and I loved the thoughtful touch of having a mirror TV in the bathroom, despite it not working properly. The hotel staff were generally kind and accommodating during my two-night stay. I particularly appreciated the effort to ensure we were placed in rooms close to each other. The views from the room were stunning and added to the overall experience. 🌅
The check-in line was lengthy and a bit frustrating. 😅

Consider using the tram service for quick access to nearby attractions instead of walking in the heat.

Beautiful property with engaging staff
The property is stunning, and the staff actually made our stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the lazy river and pool areas, which were perfect for relaxation. I was frustrated by the mini-bar policy and its outrageous prices. A tip for improvement would be clearer communication regarding additional charges before check-in.

oh, mandalay, how did you mess up a luxury stay? my room wasn’t even cleaned, how embarrassing! and honestly, waiting ages for my car was not the service I expected. i almost wrote a nice review, but the total disregard for my needs shattered my dreams of a perfect getaway.

Here’s why it’s a mixed review
The pool area was impressive with a lazy river and a beautiful layout for relaxation. Staff in the hallways were exceptionally polite.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and hidden fees for amenities dampened the experience.

The wave pool and lazy river were a hit! Never seen my kids so excited, lounging in warm water with drink service right to our chairs.

The stay featured a spacious room with a comfortable bed and stunning views, perfect for relaxation. However, unexpected fees for using the fridge and missing complementary in-room coffee detracted from the experience. While the pool area provided an enjoyable setting, improvements in transparency regarding fees would enhance guests' overall satisfaction.

ENJOYED A DELIGHTFUL STAY OVER SIX NIGHTS! 🌟
Our room was spacious and clean, with amazing service from the housekeeping staff. The pools were stunning, and we enjoyed the convenience of the tram to nearby hotels. Dining options were plentiful, with our favorites being the buffet and the House of Blues for breakfast. The beach area felt like a tropical paradise with plenty of seating! 🏖️
The only disappointment was that the refrigerator we requested was broken and took longer to replace than we anticipated. 😕
